A mere stones throw from blighty, is a country where the smoking of cannabis is socially accepted and is legal. You can walk into a coffee shop, buy a cappuccino and a pre-rolled joint of some of the finest weeds available anywhere in the world.

The whole process is professional, well managed and totally civilized.

Why cant other countries adopt a similar approach to cannabis? More specifically the UK.

I'm pretty sure the crime rate in Amsterdam isn't higher than the UK, the health of the amsterdam population isn't worse than the health of the people living everywhere else in the world?
